Mexpozole was founded in order to transmit this mexican experience through their food. The founders of Mexpozole are the Lopez Azuara sisters; Rosita, Lorena, and Monica. They yearn to share their mexican roots to their customers through their food; especially through their Pozole, which is a dish that unites people giving them a family atmosphere and a nostalgic taste.
